Paper, Order, or Assignment Requirements

 

Instructions: Read the video case in your textbook, titled “Interviewing Candidates (Zipcar),” then watch the corresponding
video in the Unit Study Guide. Answer two of the Discussion Questions on page 209. Be sure to restate the question in
your own words before answering in essay format.
You must use at least your textbook to complete
this assignment. All sources used, including the textbook, must be referenced; paraphrased and quoted material must
have accompanying citations. All references and citations used must be in APA style.
Note: Review the grading rubric before beginning the assignment.

1. Read “Improving performance at the Hotel Paris: The New Recruitment Process,” on p.152 in the text. Answer questions 5-33 and 5-35 in essay format. 

2. Demonstrate your understanding of these terms by using them correctly in a paragraph you create. Creativity is encouraged, but not required; a realistic scenario would be best. Do not simply provide a definition for the terms. Terms: person-job fit, reliability, validity, negligent hiring, and job performance.
