Assignment Title
The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the Kyoto Protocol (KP) have developed slowly over a span of two decades, to control various emissions which are causing climatic changes and disasters.
Discuss the major obligations under these two international legal instruments, and analyse the various legal mechanisms which the EU has adopted until now, in order to adhere to such international commitments.
