a. What are the main goals of this atlas? b. How does it go about accomplishing these goals?
2. Identify five images that you think are particularly important to understanding food geographies, one from each of the main sections (production, distribution, security, exploration, identities). For each, write a short paragraph in which you:
a. Describe what the image is trying to show. b. Explain its significance to understanding that aspect of the geography of food and agriculture. 3. Reflections: Conclude with a short paragraph in which you explain the importance of understanding food production, exchange, and consumption for understanding the geography of globalization.
