Produce a logically written and presented report that is written in good English as evidenced by good spelling and grammar.

Produce a word processed, detailed yet concise report (max. 2700 words) in the standard format 
Abstract – a concise and detailed summary of the overall findings
Introduction – background to the reasons for the microbiological analysis of foods with appropriate citation of references 
Materials and methods – refer to practical schedule only 
Results – clear presentation of individual, pair and class data
Discussion – full explanation of the results including potential sources of micro-organisms, interpretation of their significance and where appropriate according to HPA guidelines (2009).
