Read the attached Chapter 8 from the book: Applying Communication Theory for Professional Life: A Practical Introduction – 3rd Edition. Then based ONLY in that chapter of the book, answer the two questions using simple English vocabulary and in a form of question and answer:
– Symbolic convergence theory highlights the strength of storytelling in small groups. Is it possible for certain stories to reduce the morale of the group and lead to negative outcomes? Explain.
– The chapter explains how useful adaptive structuration theory is for virtual groups. Of the other three theories in this chapter, which do you think would also be useful for virtual groups? Why?
