Guidance on microbial contamination /Risk assessment approach for microbial contamination in flooded outdoor areas.
You will find attached a paper describe the project (Risk assessment approach for microbial contamination in flooded outdoor areas.)
But the paper did not describe in details the Risk-assessment Approach??
>> Please describe theses approaches in detail (the best and easy ones to handle). (in light me on what to do).
There are four steps of the risk-assessment process in that paper showing in (Figure 1): writing what to do and How can I do it.
- Hazard identification: determines if adverse health effects may be caused by exposure to the contaminant (Can the contaminants found affect human health?). (500 words).
- Dose-response assessment: examines the magnitude of the exposure and probability of adverse health effects (Are contaminants found to the extent that can affect health?). (500 words).
- Exposure assessment: measures or estimates the extent of human exposure to the contaminant (Who may be exposed, for how long or how frequently, and how much?). (500 Words).
- Risk characterization: interprets information from the proceeding steps to form an overall conclusion about human risk.
- Decisions and actions/ intervention and prevention (500 words).
