Mathematic Project
Paper, Order, or Assignment Requirements
Purpose
Prior to taking each exam, you are required to complete a real-world application project. You should start work on this early in the week rather than waiting until the last minute, as the project serves as a review for the exam. You should expect to spend at least 1 hour on this project. I make every attempt to grade each project within 24 hours of posting so you will have an opportunity to receive feedback before you take Exam 1.
Directions
Download the Exam 1 Project. Read the project carefully and answer all questions in complete sentences.
Only submit your work in one of the following ways:
Take a picture of your written project. Make sure it is readable. Upload the images into a Word document and save as a single file.
Use Word and an equation editor to type your project. Save your file.
Note: To snip/crop & copy an image, pull up your image/photo on the screen:
Mac: Use Command + Shift + 4, click and drag cursor across the part of the image that you want to use. It will take a screenshot of your selected area and automatically save it to your desktop.
Windows: Go to Start Menu>>All Programs>>Accessories>>Snipping Tool. Drag the cursor around the area that you want to capture. Name and save to your desktop.
Upload the file to the Exam 1 Project forum of the Discussion Board.
