Assignment Details:
Students must identify a diagnosis from any category that makes the student personally feel uncomfortable. Students are required to explore those feelings in depth; from where do these feelings come and despite having them, how does the student work with a client/patient who has this particular and disturbing diagnosis? Students should be mindful that this exercise is not meant to reintroduce trauma or trigger any serious discomfort; students are urged to contact the wellness center or the instructor should the need arise.
