Protein Profiling
Paper, Order, or Assignment Requirements
A lab report needs to be written for Lab Protein Profiling 1-4 (Pages 29-64 in the Lab manual). All the collected data and images are provided in the attached files, including the grading rubric for the lab report. Some tables, graphs and cladogram needs to be created for the Data portion of the report. Purpose of the lab is to compare the fish samples and determine which species is closely related to each other using their protein. Answers to questions on Pages 50 and 64 in the lab manual need to be on a separate paper. I will attach all files through a link to 4shared please check for that.
